1. In what ways do you “construct” your identity? In what ways do you “perform” in your daily life?
I construct my identity through the cloths I wear. Cloths are a way to express ones self, and it shows and builds character thought peoples lives. Throughout our lives everyone is performing daily. We step out of our homes, and put a smile on our faces, just the way people want to see us. We also complete homework tasks as students or work chores as adults.
2. Describe some ways in which your personal culture and social environments are “constructed”
My personal culture and social environments were constructed for me for the most part. I was born into my personal culture. Yes, my parents gave me the freedom I needed, but they were also always there guide me to the "correct" social environment.
3. Describe some ways in which your physical environment/space is “constructed”.
4. In your daily life, what would you consider to be “real” and what would you consider to be “constructed/fabricated”?
Real life is the life I live everyday. From going to class, to helping out my sorority, building relationships and at my job. The things I work hard for and at are the real parts of life. As for constructed/ fabricated, I feel as thought the people I run into on a daily basis are performing their daily lives just like I am and therefore it is fabricated.

5. Describe a narrative tableaux that you might create to be captured by a photograph. A narrative tableaux can be defined as “Several human actors play out scenes from everyday life, history, myth or the fantasy of the direction artist” ( Constructed Realities: The Art of Staged Photography Edited by Michael Kohler , 34).
I think it would be interesting narrate a tableaux of children playing at the park, or riding bikes. At that age their lives are pretty perfect and all they have to worry about is having fun.

6. Describe an idea for a photograph that includes a miniature stage or still life. A description of such an image is “The tableaux reconstructs events as in the narrative tableaux, but in miniaturized format, using dolls and other toy objects” (Kohler, 34).
I think it would be fun to create a miniature stage of a group of people competing in the Kentucky Derby. I have no idea where this idea came from, but all I can think about are the little mini barbie horses that I could use to set this tableaux up.
